-Basic Skills, Slicing and Dicing, Ironstone Vineyards These very popular classes taught by Ironstone Vineyards' Executive Chef James Lehman, offer a chance to learn hands-on cooking skills and meals on a professional level. Learn your basic, yet professional, knife skills. From learning how to properly butcher your meat, to different cuts for your vegetables, before you know it, you'll be chopping like a pro. Cost is $75 per person, which includes your class, your materials, wine to drink and a souvenir. Class is in session from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spots are very limited. Reservations are required.
